I did stumble across a Intel proset/Wireless wifi software utility manual diagnostic tool v15.6.0.0. After many downloads of win8 and win7 driver bundles (no support for win2008r2 apparently) I have not found a solution yielding a fix. I checked mfg web site for latest drivers and the intel web set for the adapter itself. However, I cannot see any wireless ssid's to associate with. I have a laptop with an Intel(R) WiFi Link 5300 AGN nicĢ) Has latest driver as per manufacturer (hp elitebook 6930p) running win2008R2 server.Ĥ) Device shows up as active in networking devices
